NH state mask mandate- update

19 Nov 2020 by Elyse Lecain

As you may now be aware, Gov. Sununu has issued a state-wide mask mandate for NH. Masks must be worn at all times in public spaces (indoor and outdoor) when social distancing cannot be maintained. This will mean updating our current procedures.

All gymnasts have been wearing masks for warm up, but beginning tonight, November 19, gymnasts will be wearing masks for all of practice when social distancing is cannot be maintained. Gymnasts will be allowed to remove masks for tumbling passes (round off-back handsprings or more difficult), floor/beam/bar routines, vaults that requiring flipping (tsuk/yurchenko), beam tumbling/series, and some bar skills. Gymnasts will be given mask breaks as needed- when at a station alone or when social distancing of 6’ can be maintained.

Thank you for continuing to work with us as we navigate the COVID world. We appreciate all of your support :)

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
